Departure & Parking Instructions

Your departure location: Broadway at the Beach (by The Grumpy Monk)

Check-in time: 5:00am - 5:30am

Parking Instructions: Broadway at the Beach by The Grumpy Monk - Broadway (Park in the back by the Ferris Wheel). You'll see the Carolina Limousine & Coach bus in the general area to park your vehicle.

Game Day Itinerary

5:00 AM - 5:30AM - Arrive at designated parking area. Load and board bus.

~5:30 AM — Depart Myrtle Beach

~9:30 AM — Arrive in Charlotte

~9:30 - 1:00pm - Tailgate and enjoy activities

1:00 PM — Game kickoff

~4:00 PM — Game ends

~4:00 PM - ~5:00 PM - Board bus to depart back to Myrtle Beach (We will deapart Charlotte 60-90 minutes after the game ends. The sooner everyone gets back on the bus the sooner we will depart.

~9:00 PM - 9:30 PM - Arrive back to Myrtle Beach; Broadway at the Beach

~9:30 PM - (OPTIONAL) Grumpy Monk at Broadway is offering us Game Day Specials.





Your Tickets & Stadium Information

You're going to receive an email from "Carolina Panthers Ticket Office <<noreply@ticketmaster.com>>". There will be step by step instructions of how to accept your electronic ticket. If you don't already have an existing Carolina Panthers account you will have to create one. Again it will take you step by step. If you need assistance you can call me and I can guide you through it.

Panthers Tailgate Lot

Panthers Parking lot is located at 1024 S Mint Street, Charlotte, NC. This lot is one of the closest tailgating lots that would accommodate the size of our group. It is a short 4 minute walk to Bank of America Stadium. From where we are parked the street is partially blocked off and safe to travel without the worry of oncoming vehicle traffic.

Food and non-alcoholic beverages provided. Bring your own cooler for your preferred beverages, subject to venue and transportation rules.

Nightcap at Grumpy Monk Broadway at the Beach

Grumpy Monk Broadway at the Beach has extended their NFL Sunday specials to us when we arrive back into Myrtle Beach. Please join us for some of Grumpy Monk's delicious eats and drinks after our trip.
